Terms of Service – Traventurs Booking Policies & Conditions

Welcome to Traventurs, your trusted platform for booking flights, hotels, cars, and tours. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any bookings.

 


1. Flight Tickets

1.1 Terms of the Airlines

  • Flight tickets booked through Traventurs are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective airline, including cancellation, refund, and baggage policies.

  • Traventurs acts solely as a facilitator between you and the airline. The contract of service is between you and the airline.

  • Airlines reserve the right to reschedule, change, or cancel flights without prior notice to Traventurs. Traventurs is not liable for any inconvenience or losses caused by such changes.

  • Baggage allowances and fees are determined by the airline. Some fares may only include hand baggage, and additional fees may apply for check-in baggage. Please check with the airline for details.

1.2 Code Share Flights

  • Some flights operate under "code share" agreements, where the marketing airline partners with another airline to operate the flight. This will be disclosed during the booking process.

  • Traventurs will provide information about code-share arrangements as received from the airline.

1.3 Pricing

  • The total price displayed includes the base fare, applicable government taxes, and Traventurs' service fee. You must pay the full amount to confirm your booking.

  • For infant fares, the child must be under 24 months throughout the entire itinerary. If the child turns 24 months during the trip, a separate booking at child fare rates will be required.

1.4 Travel Documents

  • It is your responsibility to ensure you have valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and identification. Traventurs is not liable if you are unable to travel due to invalid documents.

  • Information provided by Traventurs regarding travel documents is advisory only. Please verify requirements with the airline and relevant authorities.

1.5 Check-In Terms

  • Check-in times vary by airline. Generally, check-in begins 2 hours before departure for domestic flights and 3 hours for international flights.

  • You must carry valid identification and other required documents for all passengers, including infants.

1.6 Use of Flight Segments

  • If you miss the onward journey, the airline may cancel the entire booking. Traventurs is not responsible for providing alternate bookings in such cases.

1.7 Changes to Existing Bookings

  • Changes to bookings are subject to fees charged by the airline and Traventurs' service fee. Fees vary depending on the airline and fare type.

1.8 Refunds

  • Refunds are processed as per the airline's policies and are subject to Traventurs receiving the refund from the airline.

  • Traventurs' service fee is non-refundable.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the booking.


2. Hotels

2.1 Role of Traventurs

  • Traventurs acts as a facilitator, providing a platform to book hotels, homestays, and other accommodations. The contract of service is between you and the hotel.

  • Information about hotels, including images, amenities, and room types, is provided by the hotel. Traventurs is not liable for any discrepancies between the website and the actual hotel.

2.2 Hotel Policies

  • Hotels reserve the right to deny check-in for reasons such as invalid identification, local resident restrictions, or failure to meet hotel policies. Traventurs is not liable in such cases.

  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and additional fees.

2.3 Additional Charges

  • The booking amount covers the stay only. Additional services like meals, laundry, and room service must be paid directly to the hotel.

  • Some hotels may charge mandatory surcharges during festive periods.

2.4 Payment for Bookings

  • Bookings can be prepaid or pay-at-hotel, depending on the hotel's policy.

  • For prepaid bookings, the total amount includes the room rate, taxes, and Traventurs' service fee.

     


3. Cars

3.1 Role of Traventurs

  • Traventurs facilitates car bookings with third-party operators. The contract of service is between you and the car operator.

  • Traventurs is not liable for delays, cancellations, or issues related to the car operator's services.

3.2 Payment for Bookings

  • Bookings can be prepaid or part-paid, depending on the operator's policy.

  • Additional charges like tolls, parking, and fuel are your responsibility.

3.3 Responsibilities of Users

  • You must carry valid identification and a driving license (if applicable) for car bookings.

  • Changes to bookings are subject to the operator's policies and fees.

     


4. Tours and Activities

4.1 Role of Traventurs

  • Traventurs facilitates bookings for tours and activities with third-party providers. The contract of service is between you and the provider.

  • Traventurs is not liable for any issues arising during the activity.

4.2 Responsibilities of Users

  • You must comply with the provider's terms and conditions, including safety guidelines and eligibility criteria.

  • Valid identification and other required documents must be carried for all activities.

     


5. General Terms

5.1 Limitation of Liability

  • Traventurs is not liable for any losses or damages arising from delays, cancellations, or issues with third-party providers.

  • Traventurs' liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking.

5.2 Force Majeure

  • Traventurs is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.

5.3 Governing Law
