By accessing or using the Platform, you ("User" or "you") agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must not use the Platform.

Traventurs acts as a facilitator, providing a platform for Users to book flights, hotels, cars, tours, and other travel-related services ("Services"). The actual services are provided by third-party service providers such as airlines, hotels, car rental companies, and tour operators ("Service Providers"). Traventurs is not responsible for the quality, safety, or availability of the services provided by these Service Providers.
4. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information while using the Platform.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to fraud, misrepresentation, or infringement of intellectual property rights.

5. Booking and Payments

All bookings made through the Platform are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective Service Providers.

Traventurs reserves the right to cancel any booking if the payment is not received in full.

6. Cancellations and Modifications

In the event of a cancellation by the Service Provider, Traventurs will process a refund as per the Service Provider's policy.

Traventurs is not responsible for any delays, cancellations, or changes to bookings caused by factors beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government regulations.

In no event shall Traventurs be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Platform.
8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, images, logos, and software, is the property of Traventurs or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Platform without prior written permission from Traventurs.
9. Privacy Policy
Your use of the Platform is subject to Traventurs' Privacy Policy, which governs the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information. By using the Platform, you consent to the terms of the Privacy Policy.
10. Force Majeure
Traventurs shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this Agreement due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, or government actions.
11. Amendments
Traventurs reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
