After breakfast, drive to Dirang with a stop at the renowned Tipi Orchid Center, home to over 500 varieties of orchids. Upon arrival in Dirang, visit Dirang Dzong and a traditional Monpa village. Experience their unique culture, bamboo homes, and colorful lifestyle. Return to the hotel for an overnight stay.
Post breakfast, continue to Tawang. En route, pause at Sela Pass (13,700 ft) to admire pristine views and serene lakes. Visit Jaswant Garh War Memorial and the majestic Nuranang Falls. Upon reaching Tawang, check in at the hotel and unwind. Dinner and overnight stay in Tawang.
Today, explore the cultural heart of Arunachal. Start with the Tawang Monastery – the second-largest in the world, offering panoramic views of the Tawang Valley. Visit Urgelling Monastery, the birthplace of the 6th Dalai Lama, and the serene Ani Gompa. Later, pay tribute at the Tawang War Memorial. Evening at leisure. Overnight stay in Tawang.
Check out after breakfast and begin your descent to Bomdila. Stop at Nag Temple and visit Gontse Gaden Rabgyel Lling Monastery en route. Depart after breakfast for the historic town of Tezpur. On arrival, check in to your hotel and freshen up. Later, explore the Mahabhairab Temple, Agnigarh Hill, and the lively local markets. Spend the evening at your leisure and enjoy an overnight stay in Tezpur.
After breakfast, drive to Guwahati. Check in to your hotel and relax. In the afternoon, visit the sacred Kamakhya Temple on Nilachal Hill. Later, enjoy a sunset cruise on the Brahmaputra River. If time permits, visit the Umananda Temple on Peacock Island and the serene Basistha Ashram. Return to the hotel for an overnight stay.
